First of all, while I see lots of “Mainstay” stainless cookware, I don’t see any tri-ply sets. Also, the ones I do see are of lower quality, with thin walls, stamped handles spot welded on, and are not going to give you the results you want.
Buying these sets will not give you the long-term usable tools for cooking that you want. Spend a little bit more for the specific pans you want and they will last a lifetime. No wood or plastic handles please.
