Notice the color of the sleeve, the arm with the sword has a distinct “W” pattern and red sleeve, while the king has a curvier “W” and gold color sleeve. The arm probably belongs to the Queen of Spades since her arm matches the sleeve pattern. Another theory is maybe the Jack of Hearts since he’s facing to the left and also has a similar pattern.
