Who would win in a knife fight in a kitchen, Gordon Ramsay, or Jackie Chan?

It would probably go something like this,
Jackie Chan accidentally walks into Gordon Ramsay’s cooking area when Gordon Ramsay notices and yells at him,
“Oi? Oi!”
Jackie innocently points at himself.
JC: “Me?”
GR: “Yes, you . You stupid wanker! What the hell do you think you’re doing? Can’t you read the bloody sign?”
No customers allowed in this area .
GR: “You fucking donkey, you. Now you’ve done it”
JC: Oh, I’m so solly. *Bows* So solly. I leave now, yes? Yes?
GR: “Oh no, I’m making Chinese today”
Retarded battle ensues with Jackie dodging pots and pans while GR’s sous-chefs throw different sauces and spices at Jackie Chan in an attempt to season him for later roasting. Jackie, somehow, manages to dodge the bean sprouts and cabbages while flipping backwards and accidentally bumping into GR. As a result, GR falls backwards and bumps into the fridge disarming him from his steak knife. Jackie Chan turns around and awkwardly apologizes.
JC “I didn’t mean to, I’m so solly! It was an accident”
Bows .
As he bows a sous-chef lunges from behind but misses ramming into the fridge causing it to collapse on both him and GR.
Jackie Chan starts running away profusely apologizing.
JC: “I’m so solllyyyyyyy!!”

A fight? Jackie, hands down. A knife skills thing in the kitchen? Gordon.
I suspect that would make a good show, maybe an episode of the F-Word. They both have a load to learn from each other and Gordon has a fascination with other cuisines.

Jackie Chan. He wouldn’t hurt Gordon, just disarm him. Then Gordon would cook a delicious dinner that they would both sit down to and enjoy with interesting conversation. If Gordon won and disarmed Jackie first, I doubt the meal he would cook would be as good.
