I think Ghostface because he can take a lot of hits and still get more hits, and he is creative and plans ahead, and is a very effective and sexy murderer.

Michael has been shot in both of his eyes twice in a row followed by getting shot 4 more times around his chest, survived being burned alive multiple times, came back from being electrocuted and fried by nearly 100 wires, got up from falling off a 2 story building. And much more
Michael has low tier superhuman strength (close to that of DeathStroke) as he is able to crack skulls with a punch, effortlessly strangle people with a single hand while lifting them off the ground and even snap their necks without any struggle, is able to break doors open, dent the doors of cars with a few punches, cracked a window with a slap, is able to cave in heads with his own hands, is also capable of throwing fully grown men multiple feet away, broke the jaw of a man off-screen before, broke through a door by ramming into it, and has stabbed through doors to kill people on the other side many times before. And there are so much more strength feats that Michael has.
GhostFace however is just an average sized teen who is running around with a ridiculous lookin hood and a weird looking ass mask. And has a small knife that is probably the size of both of my palms put next to each other. While Michael is able to stab through doors to stab people with a fucking kitchen knife. Michael would burst GhostFace’s skull by squeezing it with his hand.

For this answer, I’ll be going with the latest version of Michael, so, we’ll be using this guy.
Alright, now that we have this condition set, let’s look at some of the feats that he’s shown.
Firstly, offensive feats.
-Michael cut through an entire team of Firefighters like he was carving a cake
-He effortlessly slaughtered a mob with nothing more than a chef’s knife after a pretty bad beating (that he seemingly allowed)
-He throws grown men around like they’re toys
-He broke someone’s neck so horrifically that it’s hard to even describe
-Need I say more?
Okay, now for some durability feats
-Michael got two of his fingers blown off with a shotgun and it was barely an inconvenience
-He took a brutal beating from Laurie Strode and shrugged it off
-He took a mauling from an angry mob and actually allowed them to wail on him only to get right back up like nothing happened. This includes getting shot six times in the chest and torso area, hit in the face with I think was a crowbar, hit in the gut with a wooden object, repeatedly smacked in the back and head with a 2 by 4, shovel, wooden baseball bat, along with other blunt weapons. Then stabbed in the back a little below the neck with his own knife
-He stood still while a building was burning all around him and despite being visibly badly burnt, it didn’t even bother him
The first two offensive feats and all durability feats that I mentioned above puts him vastly above any Ghostface we’ve seen to date.
Any one on one confrontation with any Ghostface is a one sided slaughter in Michael’s favor, for them to even stand a chance it’d have to be all nine film Ghostfaces against Michael, and that goes about as well for them as it did the mob. Long story short, Michael brutally stomps.

Ghostace – a high school or college aged movie nerd wearing robes and a mask inspired by Edvard Munch, usually carrying a carving knife against

Michael would show the Scream fan how to use the carving knife. And unlike in the movies it would not be quick, he would take his time.

I would easily go with Myers. He is immortal for one thing, and is bigger, stronger, and probably smarter.

Michael Myers would win big time.
Michael has been shot, stabbed, partially blown up! And much more, yet he still lives and is (somewhat) fine.
Ghostface is just a teenaged-young adult, who runs around in robes with a buck knife. (No hate against Ghostface). Ghostface can be killed. And then another one pops up later on, never the same person.
Michael Myers is essentially immortal and cannot be killed. Also, in each film, it’s always the same ‘Michael’. He doesn’t die and then someone else takes his place. He may go off the radar or into a coma for a few days or decades but he’s still alive and well.
