First of all, if you are an aggressive (attacking) player then only proceed to this rubber.
Not only for Butterfly Tenergy, but for any professional player the following blades can be used –
Butterfly Viscara FL
Yasaka Ma – Lin Extra Offensive
Butterfly Timo Boll ZLC-FL
Ariex Excellent Hinoki
Butterfly Petr Korbel
However, if you are looking for just intermediate blades that too in low cost, I recommend – Joola Carbon or Tibhar Carbon Shot.

If you are at the level where you can play with tenergy , a fast carbon blade would be good. You cant go wrong with butterfly’s new blades tiago appolonia zlc or older blade as timo boll spirit or michael maze.

Butterfly Tenergy series has arguably the best rubbers in the sport. Unless you consider the Hurricane(s) used by the Chinese national team which are not available for the general public. Most top non-chinese players use a rubber from the range of Tenergy’s.
However, if you choose this rubber i’d personally suggest the following blades-
Viscaria Light /Viscaria (Zhang Jike uses it)
Mizutani super ZLC ( my favourite)
Timo Boll ZLC/ZLF/Tamca 5000 – all these suit Tenergy very well.
Zhang Jike Super ZLC/ZLC
Schlagar Carbon
Freitas ALC
The above blades are actually so good that you would actually have the best experience even if you paste MarkV on it.
But these blades come at a price, that is highly expensive. So id suggest you to think it over and choose the blade.
Oldies like-
Time Boll Spirit
Micheal Maze Carbon
would also work nicely.
