If you are looking for a copy of CS:GO on your phone, Standoff 2 is clearly superior.
While Cr.Ops itself is a decent clone, Standoff’s design is much more reminiscent to CS, along with having its own marketplace and cases not to mention some of CS’ mechanics (i.e. AK-47 and Deagle can 1-tap). However, both games have the habit of Run N Gun, meaning that you can just run with the AK as you would with the P90 at times. On the other hand, Cr.Ops doesn’t offer as much similar gameplay to CS since its main focus is for you to click on and purchase laughable offers that the game keeps spamming every 3 minutes.
Standoff 2 ‘stands’ out as one of, if not, the best CS clone on mobile yet.

If you ask me then I don’t play any of these But the critical Ops is can Multiplayer FPS game which is complete and you can see nice graphics and great weapons.
But Standoff 2 is a beta-testing stage so here you can see 6 Maps and 3 Game mode and you can play this game with your friends.
So you can decide which game you want to play according to your gaming Interest. In my opinion, you can try both games at once then check which one is best.

Answer here is how you prefer though I have played both the games and sicked with Critical Ops as first making clone of any game or even art work doesn’t make it great unless its more balanced for player when he or she plays it .
For Standoff 2 : I always had problem with ping and the lag even though my phone processor is SD 845 . I think it’s might be because of server but it’s not as polished as the Critical Ops which seems to be more or less best clone of CS GO just missing Flash bangs , Molotov , and boost was finally removed from the game.
If you think stand off 2 is better than its only for another game published Critical Force limited : which is called Critical Ops : Reloaded .
Its much similar to Stand Off 2 in terms of graphic and game play and many players didn’t like it.
But at the end its up to you that which is working or enjoyable in your device.
I have my KD of 1.7 in TDM and 1.3 in rank and haven’t crossed Diamond but still i like Cops .
