Normal? Not really.
Something to worry about? Probably not.
These knives use flat leaf springs inside the handle to keep the blades and tools closed and in place, and each blade/tool has a cam at its base, to depress the spring as you open it and then hold the blade/tool in the open position.
The corkscrew’s cam, as it turns, presses the leaf spring up against the two knife blades in the opposite side of the handle, so that they are slightly exposed.
This problem is the result of the design, and the manufacturer’s desire to minimize the width of the handle.
Can you open the corkscrew while holding the blades closed? If not, and if you are bothered by this mechanical bug, return the knife to wherever it was purchased, as being unsatisfactory, and buy a different model or a different brand.

Actually, it sounds normal, if – the opposing blades don’t move far enough to expose the cutting edges.
If you look closely at the spring that holds the corkscrew open and closed, it is the same one that the large and small blades operate from. The corkscrew is tensioned from the middle of the spring; the blades are tensioned from the opposite side of the spring ends .
This means that when opening any tool, you may get some (small) movement of the other tools or blades, that share a common spring. Also, you shouldn’t ever open 2 blades at the same time. It puts too much tension on the spring.
It is a marvel of engineering, and is what allows you to have so many blades in such a small package.
PS: if you have one of the original, genuine brand knives, I doubt you would have a problem. Victorinox (as in your picture) or Wenger are the original, real Swiss knives. There are many crappy imitations out there.

Victorinox bought the Wenger brand some time ago, so they are both the same company now.
