  1. Probably the Tinker, which is most similar to the actual “army model knives” that Wengar and victoronix once manufactured, as well as pretty much the one model you can consistently find sold just about anywhere for, oh 60 plus years now. It has a number of useful, commonplace tools, as well as one of the physically easiest to find pretty much worldwide, and has a variety of commonplace tools, including a can opener, hybrid bottle opener, wire stripper and regular screwdriver, philips small file screwdriver, standard spearpoint knife, and later, a smaller penblade as well as keyring loop.
Until a few years ago, it would’ve been the standard BSA “scout knife” which honestly, it just a tinker with a slightly different blade configuration, but those are no longer being produced.

  2. In revenue or volume?
According to their website their top revenue getters are a combination of 3 products: Our Bestsellers | Victorinox International
What you may not know about is this little critter (acquired in the Wenger buy-out) or its Victorinox clone that is virtually identical, other than the tip of the file/fingernail tool. These are what is called a “premium” in the advertising/promotion business and are given away by the thousands to corporate customers and trade show attendees, usually complete with a corporate logo imprinted, engraved, or inlaid into the handle. On top of that, they’re often sold by the usual sellers of Swiss Army knives. I’m speculating a bit but I can’t see how any of their regular knives could come close to that kind of volume.
