You can’t make stainless steel cookware into non stick just like you can do with cast iron and seasoning it with oil which builds up a layer.

I love cooking on stainless steel pans, but it took some practice and some tips and tricks to get the hang of using these wonderful pans. With just a few simple steps you can easily make your stainless steel pan or skillet work like a non-stick pan.
Heat a stainless steel skillet over medium or medium-high for 2 minutes. Add enough vegetable oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan with a ⅛ inch of oil. Heat the oil until wisps of smoking begin to appear, about 6 minutes. When the oil begins to smoke, remove the skillet from the heat and cool the oil completely. Once the pan has cooled, pour out the excess oil and wipe up the remaining oil in the skillet using a paper towel.

Here are some simple ways that you can follow to turn any stainless steel pan into non-stick:
1. Season your stainless steel pan just like you do your cast iron cookware. For this all you need to do is heat your stainless steel pan over medium heat for 2 mins and add oil (preferably vegetable oil) so that you coat the entire surface. Heat the oil to the smoking point (about 6 mins). Turn off the heat and let it cool down. Once it is cold, pour out the excess oil and wipe the remaining using a paper towel. And your nonstick pan is ready.
2. Avoid washing the pan, just gently wipe it, between uses.
3. Whenever you wash it, remember to re-season it.

I found that preheating the pan on right temperature, prior to adding of oil, can make the pan perfectly non stickable. In orfer to acheive good temperature I use water drops and their evaporation like a good indicator. I record a video on that topic so maby it can be usefill:)
