  1. Ozark Trail Folding Knife from Walmart. It was stress tested on YouTube a few years ago. It’s a pretty strong pocket knife.
While the Mora is a good knife, I would classify that as a survival knife, not a pocket knife.
Update: I bought a Morakniv Companion. It’s very light and strong. Lighter as a pocket knife! It is incredibly strong. It holds an edge. The Scandinavian grind makes it easy to sharpen. Get the Morakniv!

In can be razor sharp with almost no sharpening skills and some careful slow work.
It’s tougher than you can imagine, can be batoned easily.
Small enough and packs light but suitable for everything except chopping trees down, although you can actually chop a 4–5 inch tree down with it too by driving the point in, taking it out and hammering in again all the way around…
In bulk I think the price goes down to about 7 dollars or so, or ten for the heavy duty version.
Experienced bushcrafters will still use a mora and put it in a one hundred dollar leather custom steath.
Available in carbon or stainless, has multiple shapes and all with a semi tough plastic sheath with air/drip hole and multiple attachment options.
It can carve all of these relatively easily.
