If the seller has over a thousand confirmed sales and over 95% positive reviews, it will probably be shipped to you within a month. Your payment is held in escrow until you receive the item, after which the seller gets their money. However, there is a possibility that your country’s Customs inspectors may open the parcel and discover contraband.
For something like a switchblade they usually just confiscate it and send you a form if you choose to appeal. However, if you are in England they might actually drag you out of your home by the ears and sentence you to prison for five years as an “importer of forbidden evil bad knives” or something (with additional charges for mean comments online and sharing an offensive meme).
Honestly, a lot of those knives are garbage made from low quality steel with poor grinds and questionable components… some are even counterfeit versions of well known brands, with fake logos and packaging as well. A few are fairly decent, if you are willing to spend about fifty bucks or more. Anything under thirty bucks will probably be trash.
These are generally light duty knives intended for opening letters and such. They are a novelty item more than a useful tool, but are alright within their limitations. Have fun with your new toy and stay out of trouble! If that knife is illegal, don’t carry it on the street, leave it at home.

Okay, let’s think critically about how markets work. Capitalists don’t really care about your skin color or your bedroom-fun partner or how emotionally sensitive the animal friends who shares your space is; they want your money and they will shift their appearance to whatever it takes to get the money . They also may not care about what the local laws are; you paid for goods, and they will ship them.
I once got a small visit from the BATFE over a perfectly legitimate and innocuous purchase. I got my item, legal and obtained for a price slightly below average. It turned out that the sellers had also been shipping firearms with suppressors directly to the homes of US citizens, from overseas!.. They did not do this because they were evil, they did it because they were ignorant or dismissive of local laws. Wish will ship your items, and ‘machine parts’ is a perfectly accurate description for customs forms. Wish doesn’t care what your intention is, they want that $2.50+shipping. We don’t care what your intention is, but we do hope you get a quality item at a fair price. The customs and postal service doesn’t have time, mission, or inclination to look up the local laws for whatever you ordered… if it isn’t highly radioactive, doesn’t smell like drugs, and isn’t leaking pus, you should receive your item in 6-8 weeks.

In many jurisdictions, you can own whatever knife you want. It’s just that carrying it in public is illegal. Check your laws carefully.

You will probably be able to order it. But chances are it will be shipped with “Knife” listed on the customs declaration stuck on the outside of the package (and, No! Wish.com will not lie on the form for you). So the authorities (postal inspectors, Border Police, local constabulary, whoever) will probably have an interest in it and open it up for routine inspection, and bang! it’s gone because it isn’t legal for you to own one.
And then you get to wait for the police to show up to see if you are going to be prosecuted for attempting to obtain an illegal weapon.
