I myself not tasted that how does it feel but here’s I’m gonna write a story of our worker who was stabbed by a burglar while working on the bank of the road.
It’s Happened on May 20 2019 in Malaysia with one of our worker.
Our workers were cutting the grass on the side of the road. They go on different ways to cut the grass in Malaysia. Whenever they(Burglars) see someone alone in a woods or where there no people around them, then the burglar try to attack them to get something forcibly. So when this person got little more away from his group, Then suddenly two rovers/thieves came on the bike and stopped right there on the other side of the road.
He explained later. “When they(Burglars) saw me alone while I was cutting grass. They came towards me and asked me to give them my smartphone and wallet But I denied and didn’t give. So they attacked me and tried to seize my phone and wallet forcibly. But I didn’t give them anyway. We started fighting, I protected myself many times to not be stabbed by the knife but he was too expert in stabbing. After a little bit fighting, he stabbed me on my face. The blood was bleeding like water. I went down like a dead man. I was completely knocked out. Just I was little more able to call my boss(my bro)”. He was in the Hospital.
My brother came and took him to the hospital and stitched up on his face. My brother have spent two days in hospital to look after him. Because he is a alien. It’s a picture when they stabbed him.
MashaAllah, He was completely recovered. “I was almost dead, if the boss didn’t came and help me”. My brother said you’re welcome. It’s a picture when he was stitched.
My bro gave him a week days off. He spent a week in my brother’s house. He’s relaxed and feeling good. Of course humanity still exists. Do good if you love to be good to someone. Salute to my Brother! It’s not for boasting but to encourage you to help those who are starving for it.
Yeah It’s too hard to face such kind of difficulties as an alien in foreign countries. “We live an innocent life but there are many people who are out of job” he said.
I request to Malaysians to be nice with our Indians and Pakistanis. We must be nice with passengers/labourers.
May Allah cure him as soon as possible. Say Ameen.
Crying – during Ramadan Keeping fast, working 4 hours and facing such kind of attacks would make us uncomfortable. May Allah protect all of us from such kind of tasks.

I once got stabbed in the ass.
Long story short, I sat on a knife while jumping into the back of my friends car (for some reason he had a long knife, unsheathed, laid down at an angle in the back seat). It felt like getting punched hard, but with the pain being concentrated into a smaller surface area of the skin and a bit deeper.
For the next two weeks I walked around with a limp in my step as it remained very sore.

A little backstory: I was out with some friends late at night. We were just going from pub to pub around the city centre. The city I lived in was fairly infamous for the number of stabbings that happened each year.
This night, I may have had a few too many and as we were walking through the street we saw two men in an alleyway. One of them was in a black expensive looking car drinking from a bottle of vodka, the other stood outside it smoking a cigarette.
I yelled to the guy in the car something along the lines of ‘can I have some’ thinking he’d take it as a joke, but he just sat there and looked at me. The other guy then told me and my friends to get the f*ck out of there.
I’m a fairly argumentative person and I was quite drunk so I continued shouting at them thinking it was funny. The guy outside the car eventually came up to me, and he was holding something but his hand was covered with a bag. I didn’t shut up.
He ended up stabbing me and I didn’t even realise until I saw the blood on my tshirt. Because he had the bag over the knife it just looked and felt like he pushed me over. It still hurt so I got up and started to leave when one of my friends started to hold me up as I was walking. I was telling them that I was fine but that’s when they told me that I was bleeding.
When I woke up in hospital the next day, after I had the stitches, that’s when it really began to hurt. The only way I can describe it is like a deep burning feeling. When you move, it’s almost as if you can feel the wound re-open which makes you want to vomit.
Basically, the initial stab doesn’t really feel like much, it basically feels like a punch. Yet, once the alcohol and adrenaline wears of, it was one of the worst pains I’ve ever experienced.

In 2004 I spent a year living with my grandparents and family in Mexico. We stayed in Agua Amarilla but about once a month we’d take the family and travel to Madera for supplies. Usually we’d stay a night or two in town while the adults bought whatever was needed over the coming weeks.
While the adults were buying supplies my two cousins and I explored the town. We’d take busses regularly while in town, mostly to playgrounds, the park, etc. We thought, as did our families, that if we went in a group nothing would happen. This wasn’t the case.
On a town run my cousins and I decided to go to a playground we’d been to three or four times before. We were on the bus to the playground, just talking and laughing about stuff like normal 12–13 year olds. I remember laughing at a joke my cousin, Flora, made about a creepy guy on the bus a few rows ahead, then I remember people screaming and the bus braking hard.
Flora was staring at me, bug eyed and open mouthed once the bus stopped. I didn’t hear her at the time, but later she told me she was screaming.
I felt like someone had pushed me into ice cold water. That’s the best way I can describe it. I couldn’t think or process what was happening. All I could do was try to breathe. My whole body felt numb and distant. I felt foggy and I couldn’t make myself move at all. One second I was laughing and the next I was frozen and everything seemed far away.
I realize now I was in shock. I was laughing and looking at my cousin’s face one second, and the next I was feeling nothing. It lasted less time than it felt like but seemed to last forever. Then I don’t remember anything for a while.
Flora and first responders said I was conscious and talking the whole time but I don’t remember any of it.
What happened was the three of us were on the bus joking about the guy ahead when a guy a few rows behind pulled a box cutter and attacked me. He also tried to stab two or three other bus riders while they tried to stop him getting away. He was caught by police a few hours later.
I’m fine now physically, and there’s only scars left.
(Edit: After I wrote this I called my aunt and asked her why we didn’t just go to Chihuahua. I guess my grandpa had friends in Madera he liked to visit.
I wish we’d just saved a few hours driving, and a bus attack and stopped at Chihuahua.)

What if FEELS like, probably depends on the size of the knife and if arteries and organs are involved etc.
I was stabbed 6 times and slashed and the thing is I didnt even know I was being stabbed, they just felt like weak punches or pokes and I thought “Is that it?” thinking that he was punching me, only when he walked away that I saw a circles of blood under my tshirt getting bigger and felt dizzy slightly, I wanted to get into my car and go after the guy but two student nurses told me Ive been stabbed and cant go anywhere.
Many times people bleed out cause they don’t realise the severity of the bleeding. I’ve just made a video of my story and added it here.
So the answer is you dont really feel much, maybe cause of adrenaline and stress hormones rushing around your body and possibly cause a knife is sharp and it has a clean entry into the body, its not like a slap to the face were facial nerves are affected over a larger surface area, the surface area of a stab is tiny, those are my thoughts anyway.
Please keep safe and dont get into a fight with a man or woman with a knife, just RUN.

Compared to some of the answers on here my stabbing episode is very insignificant. I got stabbed with a short bladed knife in 1988. It had a triangular blade and may have been a home made job. I took it in the upper arm. It was an attempted mugging. I threw my wallet away which caused enough of a distraction for me to get out of there.
Perpetrator was never caught.

It depends on situation. If you stab yourself by accident (or similar non combat situation) the pains aside from burning of cut skin resembles a blunt force trauma but more painfull. Picture hitting your shingles but deeper and more severe.
If such stub comes in high adrenaline situation you will feel hit, numbing and probably sudden loss of movement abillity, like someone cuts power to limb or whole body. Pain comes later.

I was stabbed in the shoulder when working, the guy refused to pay me, pulled a knife on me and lunged at me, I turned to run but he caught me in my shoulder. I had a sheepskin jacket which I think stopped it going in further than it did.

Well I’ve never actually been stabbed per se. I have been sliced though. It happened back when I was 22yo. I got into a bar fight against a skinhead. Pain is a funny thing. Different people respond differently to similar injuries. Generally people shot, stabbed otherwise injured have a great deal of pain. However sometimes it amazes me that in the heat of the moment people don’t feel pain or maybe better stated they are able to ignore the pain as they are distracted by other events of the moment. This happened awhile ago I was having a argument with my now ex for other reasons but I got so frustrated for not getting a straight answer that I went and grabbed my knife it was a six inch knife and went back into the other room and held it to my chest close to my heart maybe a inch off to the right on the left side and I was doing it to release stress off the situation (I know it was dumb to do that) and I was already so frustrated that I put way to much pressure on it and the second it went in I pulled it out it don’t hurt much especially when your already pissed you can barely feel it, it felt like such a relief a release from everything going on it’s like time speeds up it felt like going into a natural instinct or something but I knew to immediately pull it out (wouldn’t have stayed in anyways) and it felt cold in my chest and walked away to patch myself up (wouldn’t have saved me) and then she started screaming no and I was telling her I’m fine I’m fine and then she called a ambulance while I was bleeding for a second everywhere to get something clean to hold it didn’t find anything took of my shirt to use that to hold it to slow bleeding and then I started getting dizzy so I sat down wanting to lay down but I just sat there and then a cop came in asked what happened I explained and then ambulance people came in asked me what happened told them where it was how deep I think it went and then they put on gauze and taped it there and then put me on a stretcher I walked out of the house onto the stretcher it was raining that day I couldn’t feel the rain because I felt so cold hurts to be moved that’s for sure got in the ambulance headed to the closest hospital they had to get some info first and then it started bleeding again and shot out through the gauze and tape and they said it was from the muscle tissue twitching and then we headed to the hospital where I was then life flighted to a big trauma hospital where I was then operated on for maybe 2 hours they asked if I wanted fentanyl but I dont want pain killers so I asked for Tylenol instead they obliged and then had to give me a bunch of shots and started sucking out the wound or cleaning it idk but they had to remove cloth fibers because I used a shirt to hold the wound that took awhile and then I had to get it packed because it was to deep and punctured my lung and I guess they didn’t want me to drown in my blood (lucky me) that was the worst part out of everything the feeling of having something in your chest this was way after the numb feeling went away the whole time felt like putting a fork through a outlet and it shocking through your left arm through your chest and down your back and leaving your lungs on fire 10/10 wouldn’t recommend and then they gauzed up again and there I was in the hospital for nearly 2weeks and came out to find my ex cheated on me found out what I stabbed a major vein and my lung and was gonna start therapy but I got the toxic out my life now and am gonna start wearing Kevlar lmao
