Just to be able to hold the World’s Sharpest Knife, and know that no one else on Earth had a sharper knife than I… to be able to say that all other sharps are inferior to my sharps… no, I still would not lop off the ‘ole twig and berries. I’ll keep my dingus just as it is, and will have to continue with my still quite sharp knives.

One would be nuts,pardon the pun, if one was to castrate oneself. The world’s sharpest knife would give the justification for it. There must be a reason if one wants to castrate oneself. The central question is not the knife, but the reason for such an action.
If it is to control uncontrollable urges, castration is not the problem for it is more of a heart and mind issue. One has to deal with that!
If it is because of some religious ceremony or requirement, I would think twice before I join that organization.
If it is because of to prove one’s manhood to another person as a dare to do it, it’s not worth their friendship. You may want to get marry one day and have children.
If it because you already have enough children and both of you agree not to have any more, then please go and see a doctor for that procedure.
I don’t imagine one is a doctor, so to perform a surgical procedure on oneself is unwise. Since this is a hypothetical question, the answer is obvious to most people that they would not. It would be nuts to do so.
SUMMARY: A seemingly unwise question gives the impression that one is a fool.

Short answer is yes I had cancer make a come back 3months of radiation killd it for now I want to be castrated to prevent it from coming back .
