Exponentially more dangerous.
Now I hear you saying, what? but its just a knife.
With a little bit of ingenuity and resources you can make all sorts of things, especially if your combat knife has some serrations.
Let’s consider all the different things you can make such as
spears
firemaking devices
blowguns
cordage
a sling
snares
etc.
my point is that with a knife being used as a tool you can really get creative. That creativity is what has made humans so dangerous, that and our hand-eye coordination, and persistence.

Animals are born with very powerful instincts to kill any thing that threatens it or if it needs food. Big cats, and birds are known to have claws longer than a 3cm knife
A trained humam may be able to out maneuver an animal with dangerous claws or talons, but i would say animals naturally born with them are more dangerous. Any human welding a knife may know how use it but i wouldn’t say they are as perfect as an animal.
Wanbasion Black Stainless Steel Knife Set, Sharp Kitchen Knife
Depends on the animal of course and the human wielding the knife. Some know how to use one, some are less proficient. Knives are dangerous either way, but any human with a knife is not going to be more or as dangerous as a large, powerful animal like a big cat or a grizzly bear.
