Most pans are non stick if treated properly. I cook eggs on cast iron, carbon steel and anodized aluminum. Make sure the pans are properly seasoned. Preheat the pan on medium hot flame, then lubricate it generously with cooking oil, melted butter or ghee and the fried eggs won’t stick.
If you are set on non stick, you can get one fairly cheap, but all non stick surfaces eventually degrade. Even the best only last a few years before the non stick properties begin to fade. On the other hand, one of my cast iron pans is over 130 years old and still cooks eggs quite well and without sticking.

I cooked a buttload of eggs on a flat grill that was in no way non-stick. For eggs, I used a temperature of 300 degrees, and used a liquid butter poured lightly onto the grill and spread with a flat spatula, giving it a minute or so to heat up, broke the eggs into the warm butter and cooked them per the order I received. The only time I had any problem with sticking was when I was in a hurry and let the egg leak over into a non-buttered area. Now, as noted, most cooking surfaces can be eventually conditioned to become relatively non-stick, but I always use butter or oil, heated to a point where the white will begin to set within seconds of dropping it. I use cast iron, aluminum, all-clad, and other types, and never worry about it.

Take a block of butter.
Start heating the pan on a medium flame.
Hold the butter and spread a thin layer all over the pan. Thickness as per taste.
Then when the pan is hot enough (you can see the butter heating up), pour the eggs on and fry! Don’t set the heat to high, that seems to cause the eggs to stick. An added advantage of this is that your eggs taste like butter, and the slow heating lets the taste seep in.

You need to season the pan. This just means that you heat an oil very hot, then turn off the heat and let it cool on its own. I use coconut oil because it doesn’t burn when it gets hot. Wipe out the oil when the pan is totally cool. Now a regular pan acts like a nonstick pan because the oil is “cooked in” to the metal. But you can’t wash the pan with soap. Just wipe it out with a paper towel after use.

As most have mentioned, butter or oil is a must on nonstick pans. Medium heat works. The trick is to let the eggs fry AND not disturb them until they are ready. When they are cooked or have finished frying, they will release from the pan because they have created a ‘crust’ from the cooking process. If you move or disturb the eggs before they are done they will stick or separate from the crust they were trying to form. Perfect fried eggs every time.

Actually it’s fairly easy to make fried eggs on any pan . The trick is to make sure the pan is heated well and then oiled and allowed to cool off slightly before the eggs are added .
As the other Quoran suggested , once the eggs are cooked there are easily released , so be patience but also be watchful as to not burn them .
Always cook eggs on medium heat whether boiling or pan frying .
Good luck !
BTW :-Nothing beats friend eggs on buttered toast 🙂

First, crack those eggs into a bowl. Get your perfect pan heated up with a generous pad of butter melting and rolled around to coat the whole surface. Remove from the burner while you (!!!) microwave your eggs for about 30 seconds on low/medium power. You’ll see white ‘cooked’ egg begin to form which is your goal. 10% of the volume is a good target, or 1/2″ rim.
Put the melted buttered pan back on the heat, and when it’s bubbling again, pour your egg bowl from tipped bowl into tipped pan. Less spread, no stick.

Id you are not using a non stick pan then add some oil/ butter and turn the flames on. Let it heat up for a minute or two and then pour your eggs into it.
If you use a decent amount of oil then the eggs will never get stuck to the bottom of the pan. It won’t make any difference if you use anodized pan or stainless steel pan you just have to be generous while adding oil.

Use plenty of oil. (I recommend extra virgin rapeseed) Heat it on a low heat. As the white sets, flick oil (or spoon) over the centre so it won’t be snotty. You may want to give the pan a little shake or loosen the egg with a spatula as it cooks, just in case it still sticks. Drain the eggs on a robust paper towel if you want to get rid some of the excess oil. Enjoy.
