  3. You can’t. Okay there is the loop hole relating to antiques but even that could not justify an individual walking around the streets with one. It’s an offensive weapon that was made for a violent purpose. Any police officer discovering someone carrying one in a public place will likely arrest them. This is especially true given the state of knife attacks currently happening in the UK.
