If you are the owner of that mailbox call the postal service and make an appointment with them they will meet you open the top of the mailbox with there key and they will give you the mail just make sure you have some ID with that address on it. or drill it open then you will need a new lock. well you will still need a new lock if you have lost the key to the old one,
