Restaurants have dishwashers, humans who hand wash those pans as fast as the cooks can use them. The cooks just dump them into something called a pot sink, and the dishwashers wash and stack them neatly for use. That’s why dishwashers are essential in restaurant kitchens.

Reusing a pan makes no sense.
Besides the risk of cross contamination and just general ick there is the issue of cleanliness. Once a pan has been used it has oil, fond (the brown bits that stick to the pan), and debris in the pan that will begin to burn once the pan gets hot again.
You need the pan to get hot again to sear proteins.
Reusing a pan for sauces will lead to scorching and weird precipitation muddying up the beautiful sauce.
Reusing starch pans will also lead to different degrees of overdoness from what was left over. The same with veg.
No, there really is no place for reusing pans in a commercial setting, Hells Kitchen or not.

Honestly, no idea what they are doing on Hell’s Kitchen. But I assume the kitchen operates much in the same way (in this regard) to any other kitchen.
Use a pan, drop it in a bucket, grab a new pan, use it, drop it in a bucket, grab a new pan….
Eventually the dishwasher will swing by the station and replace the full bucket with an empty one, then return a short while later with a stack full of clean pans.
There is no reason why a cook would ever reuse a pan, unless it’s all the same dish, and it’s meant to use the same pan (ie. grill meat, then deglaze and make a sauce). And for the cook, it’s infinitely easier to just drop it and grab a new one then to reuse the pan and risk screwing something up along the way.
