The amount of ingredients depends are how big your molds are & how many you want to make.


  • coconut water (not milk)
  • gummie bears or cut fruit
  • popsicle molds
  • wooden popsicle sticks

Stand a stick up in the center of the mold & hold it in place with one hand. Fill the mold with gummies with the other hand. I did it this way to insure the stick was all the way in & held up by the gummies.

It’s easier than trying to push the stick trough the candy. Once the stick is in place & gummies are in the mold, pour in the coconut water covering all the candy. Place in the freezer until frozen solid. I left mine overnight.
