No.
Reality: During the 1960s and 1970s, aluminum emerged as a possible suspect in Alzheimer’s. This suspicion led to concern about exposure to aluminum through everyday sources such as pots and pans, beverage cans, antacids and antiperspirants. Since then, studies have failed to confirm any role for aluminum in causing Alzheimer’s. Experts today focus on other areas of research, and few believe that everyday sources of aluminum pose any threat. – http://www.alz.org

While some early studies suggested a connection between aluminum exposure and Alzheimer’s, subsequent research has failed to confirm a vause and effect relationship.
That’s good, because as the third most abundant element in the earth’s crust, aluminum is everywhere in our daily lives: our food, our water, our medicines, our cosmetics—long before we start worrying about pots and pans.
Aluminum is not known to be a significant element in the human body, and most of it that we take in is quickly eliminated in feces or urine. Both 1988 and 2014 comprehensive toxicology reviews could find any toxic effects from normal exposure for healthy individuals. (Those with kidney insufficiency may experience some problems.)
What originally triggered the concern regarding Alzheimer’s was the finding that some aluminum does pass the blood-brain barrier and ends up preferentially in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients. But much additional research suggests that this accumulation is a result or the disease, not a cause.
Though some research continues into the linkage between aluminum and Alzheimer’s, most experts—and that includes those at the Alzheimer’s Association—believe that use of aluminum cookware does not cause the disease.

I haven’t researched this, but if my memory is correct wasn’t this a story started by a stainless steel cookware manufacturer? I prefer stainless steel anyway.

Aluminum may contribute a small amount to the risk of Alzheimer’s. It’s much more important to take action to improve your general health than to worry about minor risk.
Get enough sleep. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Lose weight. Get lots of exercise. If you have depression or anxiety, get them treated. Spend time learning things and around pleasant people. Avoid drugs, tobacco and alcohol. That will make your life better even if you do get dementia.

Not to my knowledge, but it might impart a metallic taste into some of your food depending on what you cook in it and the quality of the aluminium cookware. I’ve seen some very cheap quality stuff out there that no doubt imparts that taste to what you cook in it, especially when you need to heat it.
