If you are cutting fruits and eating them immediately, there is no change in nutritional value.
However, if you are cutting fruits and storing them for later consumption, or if you are buying pre-cut fruits, the nutritional value will be less.
This happens because by cutting of fruits you expose more area and more sensitive parts of fruits to heat, light and oxygen. Certain nutritents are lost more than others. Eg: Vitamin C, being an antioxidant reacts with oxygen. Similary loss if water from cut pieces also reduce water soluble nutrients.
It is possible to reduce the nutrient loss in cut fruits by refrigerating them and storing in air-tight containers away from light.

I don’t think so.
But if you cut the fruits and keep the pieces for a longer time, it surely looses nutrition value.
As per me, eating plenty of fruits is something one should think upon and not on loosing nutrition by cutting or not.
Anyways we can’t eat certain fruits without cutting like kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit etc.
So think positive and stay healthy. Hope this helps.

Since many fruits need to be cut and peeled (or peeled and cut in some cases), there is really no option for us.
So, even assuming that there is a slight loss of nutrients, the benefits of eating cut fruit are more than not eating fruits.
Small fruits with clean skin can be and are usually eaten whole. Some fruits can be eaten without cutting, for example one could eat an apple with skin by biting into the apple instead of cutting the apple. But when we bite into the apple, a part of the fruit is exposed to air and there could be loss of nutrients due to oxidation from the exposed surface.
Papaya and pineapple can’t be eaten without peeling the skin.
Bananas can be and are eaten without cutting but are also cut and mixed with other fruits as salad.
The answer may not be perfect but you get the picture.

Leaving the fruits in open after cutting them apart leads to the oxidation and consequent loss of nutrients.
Cut your fruit just before eating or keep it in an air tight container. This will prevent the air oxidising the fruits.
