You can but keep in mind Holland is Europe’s most criminal country, it is just a narco state where very dangerous criminals are not even jailed because fo the highly corrupted police and fraudulent government. Dutch government steal from foreign parents and then accuse those people of theft. 3. Yes, for the most part you may. But the knife needs the be of small size and you must have a purpose for it. So a pocket knife in your pocket might be alright going to work (to brutally murder your apple during lunch) but the same pocket knife entering a football stadium will get you in trouble.
   When I was a Scout in the eighties I would walk about with my own Rambo knife on my belt. Today that would be illegal. The blade must be max the size of your palm and open carry is somewhat illegal.
   We have our own share of youth and gangsta scenes and stabbing incidents, mostly in the bigger cities so the police is allowed the search for any weapons (knifes, screwdrivers, etc) without probable cause in designated areas.

4. Yes, but with the following rules applied:
   It can not be a switchblade… those are always illegal
   the blade must be smaller than the width of your hand.
   You must have a very good reason for carrying it. ( a doctor may carry a scalpel for instance, but you generally can not)
   It can not be carried openly
   Shops, stores, public spaces and all may deny you entry
