Induction cookware, or any kind of cookware in fact, is safe in a gas or electric oven if, and only if, it is safe to use on any kind of cook top or in a barbecue. It isn’t the metal that is important in this situation. It is what is the makeup of the handles or tops.
To explain that further, wood handled pans may be considered by some to be safe on a gas stove if they are careful. I would not use them on a stove or in any kind of oven.
Plastic handled pans or cookware might be safe on a stove. I would not use them unless I knew for sure the plastic was heat rated, as is silicon. If it is going to melt or burn on a stove top, or you have to be careful with it on a stove, it is going to melt or burn in an oven.
Induction works by heating iron particles in the metal of the pan or in an insert in the base in the case of copper or aluminum or true stainless steel. Heat might not travel extensively to the handle, or at least, not enough to damage it, so you might assume it is safe in an oven. But, heat in an oven goes everywhere. If you are not sure if your cookware is safe to use, do not use it.

Yes. Gas oven is a just a heated space that heats anything that’s put in.
Induction heating requires the heated object to be heatable with Eddy (/Foucault) current: iron base will do for induction cooktop, aluminium not.
In any case, induction or not, possible plastics parts must tolerate the temperature in question. For example, a plastic lid knob may deform in 175ºC.

As long as you don’t exceed it’s oven safe temperature limit. If is all metal, no worries unless your gas oven is actually a kiln. If your cookware has “plastic” handles, knobs, etc. then the cookware shoukd have a limit of anywhere from 350F to 500F.

Sure. The only thing preventing using induction cookware in an oven would be the material that the handle is made of. Most cookware handles are good for at least 400 degrees Fahrenheit if not more. Otherwise the material of the pan, itself is more than capable of handling the heat of a regular home oven.
