It’s one of those things that you slave over for hours, watch your family devour it in minutes, and then don’t know what to do with the leftovers. If you’re not a big fan of eating cold sandwiches, eating out of the fridge is certainly not an option either. It’s actually pretty simple to fix! Just follow these steps: Slice your meatloaf into smaller pieces (you can use them for appetizers later ). Place on an aluminum pan and cover with ketchup or barbecue sauce.

Cook at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, remove from heat and serve. This is a great way how to reheat meatloaf if you don’t feel like eating it cold.

Non-Conventional Method Unless you’re cooking in a microwave, this method probably isn’t the best choice in terms of taste or texture; but hey, we gotta do what we gotta do when there’s nothing else available!

Some key things that you need to be aware of: Depending on the size, shape and thickness of the meatloaf, cooking times may vary. If there’s a lot of extra sauce or condiments inside your loaf, those parts will probably not reheat as evenly as the rest of the slices.

In addition to improving flavor, beer also helps preserve moisture by creating steam when heated up.

Since the heat at a BBQ is much higher than in your home oven, baking it for 20 minutes and following up with 10 minutes of basting will yield absolutely delicious results.

It’s not the healthiest option out there, but hey – we all deserve to splurge once in a while!

Here’s how you do it: Slice your meatloaf into thick slices (or thick appetizers) and brush both sides with barbecue sauce Creamy side up , place on a preheated grill Preferably over indirect heat, close lid and cook for 5-10 minutes or until slightly brown Creamy side down, flip over, cook for another 2-5 minutes, remove from heat and serve.
