CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 350f

Butter a 12 cup muffin tin

Use you’re favorite pancake mix & prepare according to box (I used Aunt Jemima Buttermilk)
Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the batter.

Fill each muffin tin 3/4. Bake for 12-15 min.

Eat how you like. I added a dollop of butter & maple syrup.

DIVA NOTE: For the photo I used cupcake wrappers. When wrappers are used, the bottom of the muffin has a tendency to stick.

The batter I used made 10 muffins
